Utility for setting the volume of wave files

Usage: WaveVolume InputFile[.wav] [Switch]
  Switch: { -option, /option }
    Options: M, m: Maximize the volume
             S, s value: Set the maximum amplitude, value = 1..32768
             I, i: Treat channels independently
             C, c: Compress dynamics
    the following options activate the compressor (option C)
             T, t tau: Time constant of the compressor in seconds, default = 0.1sec.
             F, f fact: Compression factor of the compressor, default = 2dB/dB
             A, a ampl: Maximum amplification of the compressor, default = 100 = 20dB
             D, d ampl: Maximum amplification of the compressor in dB
